Get to know your neighbors and volunteer with Neighborhood House!

Neighborhood House accepts individual, corporate, and group volunteers; find your fit through our food bank, Child Development Center, Youth Development Program, and our Four Season Senior Program.

New Opportunities:

National Volunteer Week: Join thousands of other volunteers across the country for National Volunteer Week from April 22nd-April 26th at Neighborhood House. This is a great opportunity for individuals or groups! Sign up here!
Nutrition Demo Volunteer: Are you a wiz in the kitchen? Join Neighborhood House for this brand new opportunity. As a Nutrition Demo Volunteer, you will be able to take items from our Emergnency Food Bank and transform them into yummy, easy-to-follow recipes that inspire our guests to try new foods. Standing Opportunities:

Emergency Food Bank: Volunteer in the food bank Monday-Friday from 10:00-1:00 PM. Pack boxes and assist guests. One-time or recurring volunteers welcome! Sign up for a shift here.
Four Seasons Senior Program: Create community with our seniors by calling BINGO or providing programming (leading a craft class, cooking class, etc.). Open Monday- Friday from 9:00-1:00 PM. Email Alexa to get scheduled.
Landscaping/ maintaince: Keep Neighborhood House looking its best! Opportunities are available for indoor and outdoor work with additional help needed in the fall and spring seasons. Email Alexa to get scheduled.

Groups Opportunities:

Neighborhood House accomodates groups of volunteers! Organizations or businesses can volunteer with us in a variety of ways. Whether that's working in the Emergency Food Bank or hosting a donation drive, we would love to have you.
