Neighborhood House youth received an early holiday gift with a visit from Louisville native, former University of Kentucky basketball standout and current Sacramento Kings point guard, Rajon Rondo.
Rondo surprised youth, families, and Neighborhood House staff the evening of December 22nd with a catered dinner from Masterson’s Catering as well as holiday dinner boxes for each family to take home. Rondo visited with youth and their families, took pictures and signed autographs for fans. Many of Rondo’s family members and friends also joined him at Neighborhood House to serve the meal, hand out dinner boxes and turkeys and help spread holiday cheer.
Neighborhood House is very thankful to Rondo for his generosity to our neighborhood and his time spent with our youth and families.
