Director, Child Development Center
Neighborhood House is looking for the next Director of our Child Development Center!
The CDC Director is a community-oriented leader responsible for the total operational, financial, and educational success of our early childhood program. This role requires an individual who can flawlessly navigate the Kentucky regulatory landscape while fostering a trauma-informed, equity-centered learning environment. The ideal candidate views themselves as a mentor to teachers, a partner to families, and a champion for intergenerational community building.
Youth Advocate
Neighborhood House is hiring for a Youth Advocate
The Youth Advocate is a full-time, non-exempt role. This position focuses on connecting K-12 youth with school systems for better support, utilizing social-emotional Learning (SEL) to build trusting relationships, and guiding academic and personal growth for youth in the community. The role involves providing individual support, advocating within educational settings, coordinating services, and promoting positive youth development through SEL activities, requiring compassion and flexibility to help youth succeed in various aspects of their lives.
